Introduction

California artist, Linda Lyke, invites you to view her recent work as well as see significant images of her earlier work.

Linda, a Professor of Art at Occidental College in Los Angeles, specializes in printmaking, painting and mixed media. Her monotypes use symbolic images that represent the interconnectedness of life.

Linda has had 15 one-person shows and her work has been selected in 70 National Print Exhibitions and 50 regional exhibitions. She is a featured artist in Best of Printmaking: an International Collection by Rockwell Publishers.

Her work is included in many permanent and private collections, notably the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Canton Art Institute, the Akron Art Institute, the DeCordova Museum, the Brand Library, the James Jones, the Hallmark and the Security Pacific Bank Collections.
